Questions and areas of study I researched as a teenager when I wanted to understand more of who I am - in a world where others were quick to tell me exactly who they think that is. Unveiling Your Essence is an inspired guide and support piece for those who feel connected to self-realised, self empowered freedom and want to deep dive through a curated and guided service.

Ascending Self is designed to be delivered multiple ways - a guided co-study, a tool accompanied with audio insight, or as a standalone completed work of art. Using a range of energy and astral charts we are able to understand multiple layers of our genetic and energetic coding - our blueprint. This guide collates information across culture, time and space to give you multiple opportunities for connection 🤍

Astrology Coaching

While I haven’t been officially certified through Richard Rudd’s Gene Keys program, this body of work lives deeply in my cells — as is the nature of true embodiment. These sessions are for those who already have a relationship with their Gene Keys profile and are now seeking a deeper, more integrative experience.

My passion lies in exploring the multidimensional links between astrology, physiology, amino acid research, and the bioenergetics of the Gene Keys. I view each profile not just as a map of consciousness, but as a living interface between spirit and biology — where cosmic intelligence meets the intelligence of your cells.

In our work together, we explore your gene keys and human design through a blend of somatic inquiry, energetic resonance, ancestral threads, and intuitive pattern recognition. These sessions are collaborative and contemplative, anchored in the sacred science of the Gene Keys, and infused with practices that honour the wisdom of your body and your path.

Family Devotionals

In our current world we have a wound at the core of our essence of communion - the dislocation of the family unit. My intention is to connect our family unit's through immersive experiences and education by way of hands on therapy and traditional healing. It is an art which transmutes our reality to a presence of kindness, humility and gentleness. A place of deep and vulnerable awareness. Where for a time and period, we are connected in the now and focusing in on the subtleties that our physical vessels communicate. As an early teen I remember massaging my Mum's shoulders, which felt like a brick wall, and knowing that she was working really hard. I remember massaging my Dad's legs which were full of water and hot to touch and knowing that he was really sick. It truly is a fascinating experience, and quite the wondrous gift, to behold another.

Gene key Mapping

These sessions are a fusion of intuitive bodywork and the contemplative wisdom of the Gene Keys — an embodied exploration of your genetic code as it lives and moves through your physiology.

Together, we use your Gene Keys profile as a map to trace energetic imprints and cellular stories within the body. Through touch, breath, and presence, we invite dormant pathways to awaken, patterns to soften, and insight to emerge — not just as thought, but as felt experience.

This is not about fixing, diagnosing, or interpreting your profile with the mind alone. It’s about listening to how your genetic expression is showing up in your tissues, posture, breath, and nervous system, and offering support where your body is ready to shift or integrate.

These sessions may include intuitive bodywork, somatic tracking, guided contemplation, and subtle energy work.

✨ Please note: some prior experience with the Gene Keys is required. This work is best suited for those who already feel called by their human design profile and gene key activations and want to deepen that journey through the body.

Sacred Silence

These sessions honour the sacred space that silence reveals, no active verbal communication. Once on the table, the invitation is to surrender; to time, to the present moment, to your body. I will intuitively guide myself over your body. We will have a brief discussion before and after the session. Enjoy your rest and rejuvenation xx

Body Mapping is my unique approach to co-creating connection with a client and their body. Together, we will follow a flow of tension that exists in the body, and bring our awareness to the story your body wishes to bring online. Our bodies store distress - physical traumas, emotional wounds, mental chaos, and energetic disharmony. Body Mapping is an opportunity to get real with yourself, and reframe, release, recover.
